📦 Where We Ship

  • United States Only:

    • Free shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

    • We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO, or military addresses.

🚚 Shipping Times & Fees

  • In-Stock Items

    • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

      • E-bikes – Free

      • Accessories – Free

    • Carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS

  • Pre-Order Items

    • Refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page.

  • Split Shipments

    • Orders that include both e-bikes and accessories may ship separately.

    • If your bike comes with free accessories, the bike may arrive first, followed by the accessories.

🔎 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

  • Weekend or holiday delays are possible.

✍️ Signature Required

  • An adult signature is required for all e-bike deliveries.

  • The $8 signature service fee is covered by us.

  • Carriers will not leave packages unattended.

  • If no eligible recipient is present, redelivery may be attempted and could result in additional fees.

  • Note: Signature requirement does not apply to accessories or non-bike items.

🏠 Address Changes

  • Submit address change requests within 90 minutes of placing your order to avoid any issues.

  • After 90 minutes:

    • We will attempt to update the address free of charge.

    • If the order has already shipped, you may refuse the package.

    • Reshipping fees:

      • $150 for adult bikes

      • $40 for children’s bikes

    • We’ll notify you by email whether the change was successful.

🚫 Missed Deliveries

  • If the carrier attempts delivery multiple times and the package is returned to us:

    • A $150 reshipping fee will apply per adult e-bike if redelivery is requested.

❗ Lost or Missing Items

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

    • Contact us within 5 business days so we can assist.

    • After 5 days, claims must be made directly with the carrier.

  • Note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments caused by the shipping carrier.
