1. Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery

  • Return Method: By mail only

  • Return Label: Provided via email – free to download and print

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns

  • Return Shipping: Covered by Field and Hunt.

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Original payment method

  • Refund Timeframe: Processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product

  • You’ll be notified by email once your refund is approved or rejected.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishables, sanitary goods (unless unopened), gift cards, or downloadable software
