Warranty Information
Effective Date: December 4, 2020. V3.0
Armasight products are made for performance and durability and guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under the Armasight Standard Limited Warranty. If your Armasight product is found to have defects in material and/or workmanship during the warranty period as described below, we will, at our sole discretion, replace or repair the product, or provide a product of equal or higher replacement value, free of charge.
Standard & Extended Warranty
Standard Warranty: Coverage begins from the original date of purchase. Refer to the table below for specifics by product category.
Extended Warranty: Register your product within 60 days of purchase to qualify. Non-registered products receive only the standard warranty.

Re-Armed™ products are refurbished with OEM parts, thoroughly tested, and carry strong warranty backing.

Warranty Claim Process
Email support@armasight.com to request an RMA before returning any product. A PDF with return instructions will be issued upon approval.
Note: Customer is responsible for shipping, insurance, and handling. We recommend using a trackable carrier.
Exclusions
- Modifications, tampering, or unauthorized service
- Improper use, installation, or maintenance
- Cosmetic damage not affecting performance
- Loss, theft, or expired/voided warranty
- Battery damage or replacement
Transfer & Legal Disclaimer
This warranty is non-transferable and only valid for U.S. customers. International purchases are subject to different terms and must go through the original retailer.
Export of Armasight products may require a license per U.S. ITAR or EAR regulations. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all applicable export laws.
Limitation of Liability: Armasight is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profit, loss of use, or loss of data. Your rights may vary depending on your state of residence.
